Single Truck Campaign — One Truck, Custom Route

One LED billboard truck on a custom route during peak traffic windows. Entry-level mobile OOH for local launches, sidewalk sales, restaurant openings, and neighborhood awareness pushes.

What it is

Not every campaign needs three trucks. A Single Truck Campaign is the entry point to mobile out-of-home — one LED billboard truck running a route you define, during a window you pick, with creative you control. Local restaurant grand opening. Holiday-weekend sidewalk sale. New gym opening on Route 17. Spring market for a real-estate brokerage. Pop-up at a craft fair.

We engineer the route around your audience: the corridors people drive through, the malls they park at, the residential pockets they live in. The truck loops at peak traffic windows — morning commute, evening commute, lunch, weekend afternoons. Creative plays in full color, with sound on or off, day or night. You get GPS proof-of-play within 48 hours of every campaign day.

The math here is simple. One Brandwagon truck running a 6-hour route in a tight urban corridor delivers roughly 30,000–60,000 visual impressions in the day, depending on traffic density. Cost per impression lands in the cent-and-a-half range — cheaper than most digital ad inventory in the same geography. For a small business, a single-truck day can replace an entire week of static-billboard spend.

Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked.

How much does one truck cost for a day?
Single-truck day rates range from $1,500 to $3,500 depending on metro, window length, and creative complexity. Half-day rates are available for tighter campaigns. Multi-day campaigns earn meaningful per-day discounts. We don't publish a rate card because every route is custom — get a quote and we'll come back the same business day. We don't publish a rate card because the variables are too dynamic — every quote includes a route map, impression projection, and same-day turnaround so you can compare apples-to-apples.
What's a realistic impression count for one truck in a day?
Depends on the route. A 6-hour run in dense urban corridors (Center City Philly, Manhattan, downtown DC) typically delivers 40,000–60,000 visual impressions. Suburban or highway-adjacent routes lean higher in raw eyeballs but lower in dwell time. We give you a pre-campaign estimate and a post-campaign measured count. A single LED truck day generates roughly 30,000–50,000 unique impressions in a dense market like Philadelphia or Manhattan, with proof-of-play GPS reports breaking down by hour and route segment.
Can I bring my own creative or do you make it?
Both. If you have campaign creative ready, we accept video files (MP4 or MOV, 1080p+) and image files (PNG, JPG). If you need creative made, our production partner can build a 15-second loop in 5 business days for an additional production fee. You can hand us finished creative, work with our in-house motion designers on a quick turn, or license stock motion graphics from our library — we'll quote each path.
Can the route hit specific addresses?
Yes. The route can include passes by specific addresses (your store, a competitor, a venue) at requested times. We'll map the route to maximize the number of laps that include those points without sacrificing visual density elsewhere. Address-level targeting is included in every campaign brief — we map your priority addresses, design loops that pass each one at peak frequency, and report back with GPS-verified delivery.
Can I add a second day or extend a campaign?
Yes. Same-week extensions earn a discount. We've had clients book a single Saturday and extend to a 5-day run after seeing the proof-of-play numbers. Just say the word. Most clients extend in 1-day increments, but multi-week and recurring campaigns get progressive volume discounts that make weekly programs more efficient than one-offs.
